Bio
Jerr Rosenbaum is a seasoned policy strategist with nearly 14 years of Capitol Hill experience advising top Senate and House Republican leaders. Known for his deep policy expertise and political acumen, he has played a key role in shaping major legislation across a broad range of issues.
As Legislative Director to Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn, Jerr managed the Whip’s policy agenda and strategy, including work on the Finance and Judiciary Committees. He also served as Chief of Staff to three House Members: Rep. Jack Kingston, an Appropriations Committee cardinal; Rep. Robert Hurt; and Rep. Virgil Goode. His legislative work spans appropriations, tax reform, patents, Dodd-Frank, free trade agreements, immigration reform, crude oil export policy, and agriculture.
Before his time on the Hill, Jerr practiced law at one of Washington, D.C.’s oldest firms and clerked for U.S. District Judge Jackson Kiser, contributing to cases that reached the U.S. Supreme Court. He has also held positions with Senator John Warner and the Virginia Attorney General’s Office.
